Episode 11: Eswatini

In All of Us Command is a new podcast where we learn about countries and their national anthems. We will be drawing each new country out of a hat and taking turns researching them. In Episode 11, Aaron learns all he can about Eswatini and their anthem, "Nkulunkulu Mnikati wetibusiso temaSwati".
For the eleventh episode, Aaron takes us to Eswatini, an African country bordered by South Africa and Mozambique that was known by a different name until just a few short years ago. Parallels to the story of Lesotho (Episode 7) abound in this nearby nation, which was the dominion of a king who set several records in at least the modern world, if not all of history. Come with us as we learn about King Sobhuza II, who guided the country into independence and the adoption of their anthem, Nkulunkulu Mnikati wetibusiso temaSwati.

I didn't want to include a recipe for boiled corn on the cob, as it didn't seem that necessary. Instead, I have included a recipe for the Karoo Roast Ostrich Steak national dish that we were unable to get the ingredients for.
